The Dynamics Experts are not your usual Microsoft Dynamics partner. Instead we are a mix between the traditional Microsoft Dynamics partner and a freelance / recruiting network.

Our setup is database driven, but we do nothing without true human relations. We meet all of our clients and all of our Associated Experts before any contracts are signed. We focus on honesty, reliability and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics.

We see ourself as an integrated part of the Microsoft Dynamics community, where we help the Dynamics experts to find the right project and the users / partners to find the resources they need to succesfully execute their projects.

Our Approach to the market is that we are acting global, but working local.

This means that we use our global networks to fill local requirement. That we will be working with you as a local client or professional, but with a global perspective.

Our Team is divided into two groups. Our account managers and our experts.

Most of the account managers are local selfemployed experts in Dynamics sales and/or recruiting. They know their marketplace and who's who in their region.

Our experts are also selfemployed Dynamics experts. But to become on of our fully associated experts they need to have more to offer than the average Dynamics professional. The requirement of minimum 5 years experience is just the basic. We prefer experts who are already highly specialized.

And we firmly believe in specialization. We know that having the right professional with the right specialization, will make it possible for us to make both the professional and the clients more happy. They client might be paying a higher hourly rate, but they get their problem solved much quicker by professionals who really knows what they are doing, as they have done just that many times before.

We are also working with our professionals the help them become specialists, rather than generalist, and our weapon is that we are able to use them on contracts all over the world.
