Our Team is divided into two groups. Our account managers and
our experts.
Most of the account managers are local selfemployed experts in
Dynamics sales and/or recruiting. They know their marketplace and
who's who in their region.
Our experts are also selfemployed Dynamics experts. But to
become on of our fully associated experts they need to have more to
offer than the average Dynamics professional. The requirement of
minimum 5 years experience is just the basic. We prefer experts who
are already highly specialized.
And we firmly believe in specialization. We know that having the
right professional with the right specialization, will make it
possible for us to make both the professional and the clients more
happy. They client might be paying a higher hourly rate, but they
get their problem solved much quicker by professionals who really
knows what they are doing, as they have done just that many times
before.
We are also working with our professionals the help them become
specialists, rather than generalist, and our weapon is that we are
able to use them on contracts all over the world.
