Permanent Jobs

We work with you to define or refine your job offer description, in such way that we are sure we know exactly what you are looking for. The description will either be anounymozided or with a detailed description of your company and what you offer the potential candidate. Then we will start navigating our database, and our networks. Additionally the job will be posted on our site and our sister company Dynamics User Group.

After this we will work with the candidates and either handling pre interviews, or otherwise present you with 3-4 candidates. Sometimes there will be another presentation, before we can start talking about the contracts.

Contract Jobs

Recruiting for contract or freelance jobs is not that much different from recruiting for permanent jobs. The major difference is most that of the requirements in regards to when the professional is needed start is much shorter.

And here the important part here is how big a database and network you have access to and you actually know. With our precence in different countries, and our enomus networks in the Dynamics community, then we are way up in the front row to be able to find the right people.

We will most often be able to present you with a list of 3-4 potential candidates within 1-2 weeks, but sometimes only a few hours.
