Success! Dynamics Experts are always interested in contacts with other Dynamics experts who either wish to join our network or become a partner.

Jobs

Dynamics Experts can always use another Dynamics expert in our port folio.

If you have less than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics then we are not interested, unless you have a real unique knowledge. We only want the real long term experts. You might be a general expert in a Dynamics product or specialist within a specific area of a Dynamics product (development, supply chain management, manufacturing, web services, performance optimization, sql server etc.).

But we are also a startup company. That means that we are not able to offer anyone who is not a partner in Dynamics Experts a full time salaried position. And we only accept new partners who is recommended and well known to the existing partners.

We are able to offer an association with Dynamics Experts. An association means that we will both be using you on our projects and when our clients are requesting services that we cannot deliver.

So your best foundation is that have already established yourself as an independent Dynamics freelancer.

Please contact Dynamics Experts if you like to be associated with us.

How do you become an expert?

Being a real Dynamics expert is more than just experience archieved from working with Microsoft Dynamics for many years.

Many people work in the same job year after year after year, but do never really evolve into an expert. And at the same time other people only need a few years, before they are considered an expert.

Being an expert is much more that you have a lot of high-level knowledge and that you know how to use and communicate this knowledge. So communication is the real keyword here. Your knowledge is not worth much if you keep it to yourself.

At Dynamics Experts we encourage our partners and associates to participate in the Dynamics communities, such as the Dynamics User Group. Having received Microsoft's MVP (Most Valuable Professional) award is clearly sign that Microsoft thinks that this person is an expert. But it's not something all experts are expected to get.
