Recovery. Did your Microsoft Dynamics project go off target, off schedule or off budget?

Even the best marriages sometimes need help. You don't have to change to a different system, just because your project doesn't succeed in the first try, or if your system after the go-live simply doesn't perform as planned.

The goal of the Dynamics Experts is to help you to make your project a success.

We are committed to your success and help you getting your project back on target to ensure the investment you have already made in Microsoft Dynamics is the rest decision.

Project Recovery

When your project has already gone off track or when you and your implementation partner are on the edge of a divorce, then it's time for you to get your own Dynamics Expert on your team.

We will help you to get your project back on track. We will analyse what went wrong. Most often the problem doesn't lie on either the end-user or the partner, but both parts have made it come to this point.

The Dynamics Experts will come up with a list of suggestions on how to get you back on track, and help you manage the project going forward.

System Performance Optimization

One of the most common issues in a Dynamics implementation is that the performance after some quite some period of time starts slow down. Often the solution suggested by the partners is to buy a new and faster server. This is an expensive solution and if your company continues to expand the same way as before, then the problem will surely come back again later.

Instead the Dynamics Experts will start optimise your existing solution, including both your current hardware / server setup, but also and more importantly to optimise the internal data structures in your Dynamics application.

System Review and Redesign

If you had your Dynamics NAV system for many years. If you upgraded your system over many different version of NAV. If you had many different developers creating modifications. Then the chance is very well that you have solution where the next new modification you're adding to the system will make it all tip over.

You might even have a large number of modifications that you're no longer using and that nobody today knows why they were done in the first place.

Then it's time to get the Dynamics Experts to do a full system review.

The review work is very similar to what you would be doing if you where installing the system from a fresh database or if you are upgrading to a new major version (example if you're upgrading to NAV 2009 from NAV 4.00).
